So of course you guys are well aware of my denim designs which, actually started as a DIY project but.., is now turning itself into a little business of some sort. ;) 

What you see above are a pair of jeans that I cut into shorts to make a pair of dyed, distressed and cuffed Boyfriend Shorts. ..They sort of look like Bermuda Shorts in the pic but I promise, the fit's way better. 

They sit at the waist, with a low crotch - almost like a denim harem pant without the weird bulge.

How I'd Wear It | Look 7

Feet First.

When shopping for fits or simply putting something together for day/night ...I'm curious to know where you begin.

With me, it depends. ..Usually on which part of my body I'm looking to highlight.
Sometimes I create 'fits based on a particular necklace [obviously a statement necklace]. ..Sometimes I'm all about a certain pair of shoes, so I form the look around that. etc.

The look that you see above was put together with Christian Louboutin's electric blue stilettos in mind.

Bracelets: stacked on both wrists.

As a finisher, miss lady [whoever she is] would have a slicked back, low ponytail with a very neat and tight chignon. ...Face: bronzed & dewey. ...sort of sunkissed. Mascara. Very little liner and a peach pout.

How I'd Wear It | Look 5

This would be a great Fourth of July 'fit.
Seeing as though I'm tall and slim, I loove to wear over-sized pieces.

Let's assume the skirt drapes the floor. ..I'd wear the shirt [buttoned as seen] slightly tucked in, in the front [back hanging] ...[sleeves rolled up, as seen] ..with the belt cinching the waist of the skirt.

...There'd be minimal shoe exposure, but with every cross of a leg you should see a hint of those very cute, sock filled, Mulberry buckle shoes.

I put this 'fit together with luxurious hair in mind. ...because the look is very 'laxed.
What'd I imagine sitting under the cap: ...Shoulder length hair with grade A bounce. + Lancome pout. ;)

How I'd Wear It | Look 4

This look was inspired by a pair of mens jeans that I recently purchased - which I ADORE.
Buying mens jeans seems to be the only way to truly accomplish the "Boyfriend" look.
I've had a few trials with men inspired jeans that had women cuts and honestly, it's a monster fail.
With the Boyfriend look, one isn't looking to accentuate her hips. I'm not. ..In this case they needn't exist.
The baggier the crotch and wider the leg, THE BETTER.

The pants that you see above are from G-Star and the slim belt is just to add a lil pop of color while holding them up [I don't do crack. ..crack is cheap]. ..Didn't want you to mistake that for a waist gem x_x [soo over that look].
