I tried to avoid it, but it seems that I will in fact be traveling on one of the most hectic days before the holiday.
I was hesitant about picking up and leaving for some weeks now. Mainly because of the crowd but what the hey, I haven't shipped out since July and I could use a few hours to myself on one of those Canal Street buses [Looking out the window, enjoying the same greenery that I anticipated during my summer break]. Fall's here so the trees might just be bare. :-\ ...Oh well. There's still hope for blue skies and R&B.
