I've DIY'd a few things before but nothing this fierce. I think I'll give it a go.
This would be a bomb piece to have in my closet, especially with me not having to pay much for it. ;)

I so wanna do this! I can do the braid thingy around the neck and by the arms, simple I learned how to do it on lanyard back in the day lol, the buttons I can find...but that shoulder??? idk thats alot of work. i remember seeing Urban outfitters selling shoulder pieces similar to those a few years ago...but i'mma have to find a way to make that work.
You can def get the epaulette's from a fabric store. ..just sew them on ...that'll be a piece of cake chica!
