I sort of snagged this idea from PIX Morning News, yesterday.
One of the reporter's was a Freddy-ette but instead of the sweater, she wore a dress.
That was too simple for me, so I decided to piece together a look of my own.
Seeing as though the sweater's pretty tight at the neck, I'd cut and distress it so that it can hang off the shoulder a bit. [add some cuts to the exposed shoulder and you're saying some things lol]
..The Alexander Wang booties that I have there are perrrfect. They have a hard look but they're hella stylish - perfect for terrorizing.
